The scaffold generator should generate a i18n-ready pages.

    Here is the code, but still without tests though... will be coming soon...

    Uploaded an improved version.

    It turns out that there are no tests for the output of scaffold. So although the generator might work, it says nothing about whether the generated code works when used.
