An explanation of the faulty translation file's exception

Currently, a called each for FalseClass issue occurs if a.rb or.yml file is faulty (OR BLANK...oops).
A new exception is created with my diff change, condemning the appropriate file of being ridiculous.
If I saw any functions that were identical to these, I could probably write the test, but I couldn't see where they were being tested.I'm making my first donation to the community with this.Woohoo OpenSource
